Remove pay phones to fight crime, Regina police chief says

Remove pay phones to fight crime, Regina police chief says

Is it really the year 2007? So what is the big deal? Don't all the Sasktel payphones have the Internet built in with a camera? Verification of identity is pretty easy. All you have to do is swipe your ID card and the camera turns on and you can call anywhere in the world for $1. Make sure the calls are limited to 2 minutes though. That way Sasktel can keep making tons of money off crime. Put a payphone/web-cam on every corner and broadcast the image onto the public server so everyone can police themselves. Its pretty simple, nice to see some more of my ideas finally making the news.

I almost forgot what a payphone looked like.
